Want a faster way to see what was covered for your
last dental visit? As a TRICARE Dental Program (TDP)
enrollee, you can sign up to view your TDP Dental
Explanation of Benefits (DEOB) online and stop
receiving paper DEOBs.*
Follow these three steps to register for this service
and view your DEOBs online: 1. Log on to My Dental Benefits.
Select the TDP enrollee's name and click
on “Claim Information.”
Click on “Enable Paperless DEOBs.”
Enter your e-mail address and click on
“Submit.”
3. View an electronic DEOB.
Wait to receive e-mail notification that a
new DEOB is available for online viewing.
Log on to My Dental Benefits as described in Step 1.
Select the TDP enrollee's name and click on
“Claim Information.”
Once registered, you'll be notified via e-mail
each time a new DEOB has been processed for your account,
and you will no longer receive paper DEOBs.*
Enrollees who do not sign up for electronic DEOBs will continue
to receive paper DEOBs via the U.S. Postal Service.
Note: Access to My Dental Benefits and this service requires
registration. Due to privacy requirements, you will have
limited access to your benefit information for 10 days following
registration. You will receive a letter from United Concordia
explaining this waiting period. After the waiting period,
you'll have full access to all of your dental benefit
information, including claim information and DEOBs.
* Paper DEOBs will continue
to be issued for TDP enrollees receiving any monetary
reimbursement from United Concordia.
