As part of our overall commitment to servicing network
dentists, United Concordia has finalized the annual
update to our PPO Maximum Allowable Charge (MAC)
schedules for the National Fee-for-Service network.
The changes are effective for services rendered on or after
February 1, 2010, for all accounts administered
using this network.
To determine reimbursements by procedure for a specific
patient, log in to My Patients' Benefits.
Once you have entered the required patient-specific
information, select the Allowance/Copay
tab. Next, enter a procedure code and charge amount
in the appropriate fields and click Retrieve.
If you are a United Concordia participating provider,
the comprehensive schedule utilized by this patient will also
be available after completing the steps above. The message
"Click here to view the entire Maximum Allowable Charge
Schedule" will appear. You must have Adobe Acrobat
Reader version 6.0 or higher to download the schedule.
