CDT7 Procedure Code Update

Effective January 1, 2007, UCCI will begin using CDT7 procedure codes. Providers can begin submitting claims using these codes for dates of service on or after January 1, 2007. Please be advised that the CDT7 procedure codes will be reflected in the benefit text prior to January 1, 2007.

21 Day Appointment Availability

United Concordia is committed to ensuring our TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) enrollees have timely access to a routine dental appointment. Our goal is to maintain a diverse and stable network so that our enrollees will be able to receive dental care at a convenient location and time.

TDP patients must be able to obtain a routine general dentist appointment, with a network dentist, within 21 calendar days of their request. If you are unable to meet this availability standard, please notify United Concordia at 1-800-866-8499. Thank you for your cooperation.
