The TDP is perfectly designed for National Guard/Reserve sponsors and their families because
it uniquely changes as a National Guard/Reserve member's status changes. The TDP
offers continuous coverage to family members and only covers National Guard/Reserve sponsors
when they need it - when they are not on active duty.
