A Note about Find a Dentist Results

The directory includes listings for most practicing dentists. However, if you have any problems finding a TDP participating dentist in your area, contact United Concordia's Customer Service Department.
If your dentist is not currently part of the TDP list of providers, use the Nominate Your Dentist tool to nominate them. United Concordia will contact them about becoming a participating dentist.
