My Dental Benefits is an online tool that allows you to view your benefits and eligibility
information, check on the status of a claim, view past treatment information, request a new
ID card and more.
PLEASE NOTE: After registration, due to contract restrictions, you
will have limited access to your dental benefit information for 10 days.
You will receive a letter from United Concordia explaining this waiting period.
After this waiting period, you will have full access to all your dental
benefit information.
Due to the HIPAA Privacy Rule, when accessing the listing of
covered persons under your Identification number, only data
about yourself and any dependents under the age of 18 will
be displayed. Dependent children 18 and older must register
separately, and will have access to only their data. Your spouse
must also register separately, and will have access to his/her
data and any minor children's data.
