Enhanced Customer Service Experience

United Concordia recently implemented new technology to offer an improved level of convenience and service to our customers, both TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) enrollees and dental offices. Virtual HoldTM software allows United Concordia to provide exceptional service even after hours*. For the first time, in addition to the normal after-hours recorded announcement, after-hours callers will receive an option to request a call back at a time convenient for you, rather than having to hang up and remember to call back the following day.

An additional customer service enhancement, called WebConnectTM, has been integrated in the TDP Web site. This feature gives TDP enrollees the option to click a link within the site and schedule a live phone call with a representative for assistance.

Both enhancements allow you to schedule a call from United Concordia at a time that is convenient for you up to seven days in the future.

* Regular customer service hours are 24 hours a day, M-F. Enrollment and Billing hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, M-F.
